Hello- sorry to hear you are getting loading errors on blockjocks.com. We haven't received other reports like that but definitely appreciate you letting us know. The next time you get this error please take a screenshot and email it to [email protected]. Also please include the following:
-Brief description of loading error (does the video fail to load? does it not recognize you are logged in? does the video start and then buffer? etc.)
-Type of device (IOS vs. Android vs. laptop)
-Browser (Safari vs. Chrome vs. IE vs. Firefox or BLOCKJOCKS app)
-Internet connection type (4G vs. WiFi)
-Internet download speed (find this at www.speedtest.net)
-Any other information you think we may find useful.
I will alert our programming team as well. If you are watching from the App and are having playback issues related to an inconsistent internet connection our IOS and Android apps now have the option to download videos for offline viewing. This should result in a smoother playback in this scenario and allow viewing on airplanes and other internet-free zones.
