best block for surgical repair of clavical fracture....interscalene or supraclavicular

We typically perform a single-shot interscalene block for clavicle ORIF but like shoulder surgery it could probably be done alternatively with a supraclavicular block instead.

If it is a medial third fracture of the clavicle you may need to supplement either one with a superficial cervical plexus block.
