Brandon Winchester demonstrates a modified adductor canal catheter technique for ACL reconstruction featuring an oblique needle angle from proximal to distal thigh. This modification allows the placement of the catheter preoperatively, and facilitates the threading of the catheter several centimeters down the adductor canal parallel to the saphenous nerve.
