Bilateral Adductor Canal Catheters
21m
In this video Dr. Winchester uses a proximal to distal oblique approach to place an ultrasound-guided adductor canal catheter for postop analgesia in the left leg after a right sided ACL reconstruction revision with contralateral patellar tendon graft. The patient additionally had a right sided adductor canal catheter plus tibial block to treat the pain on the surgical knee. The bilateral adductor canal catheters allow quadriceps sparing in both thighs thus enabling excellent pain control and aggressive early rehabilitation.
